Knowledge of Complete Audit, Working & Filing of ITR, GSTR1 & 3B, R9, GST Annual return working & filing , Working & Filing of TDS Return.Responsibilities:Audit:Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Assist in the preparation and coordination of external audits.Identify and recommend improvements to internal control systems.Document audit findings and prepare audit reports.Income Tax Returns (ITR):Prepare and file accurate and timely ITRs for individuals and/or corporate entities.Stay updated on changes in income tax laws and regulations.Handle tax queries and provide tax planning advice.Goods and Services Tax (GST):Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and R9 returns accurately and within deadlines.Prepare and file GST annual returns.Reconcile GST data and ensure compliance with GST regulations.Manage e-way bills and other GST-related documentation.Handle GST related correspondance with authorities.Tax Deducted at Source (TDS):Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with TDS regulations and maintain proper TDS records.Reconciliation of form 26AS with company books.Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tax filings and audit documentation.Assist in responding to notices and inquiries from tax authorities.Maintain current knowledge of all tax law changes.
