Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Flat Bottom Pouching Machine Operator. The role involves operating and supervising flat bottom pouching machines to ensure optimal efficiency and quality control. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the machinery, adhering to safety and operational standards, inspecting finished products for quality, and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and understanding of Machinery Experience in Quality Control to ensure superior product standards Ability to handle and maintain Hand Tools as required Strong Communication skills for collaborative work Attention to detail and ability to follow production protocols Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing will be an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
