This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience with a passion to learn, explore, and contribute to the growth of the firm. Qualifications And Skills 3-8 years of full time experience Experience in producing and finishing breads, pastries, cookies, viennoiserie, and chocolates. Knowledge of different baking techniques, machinery, and ingredients used. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with a team, in a fast-paced environment. Team coordination and communication skills. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Culinary degree or certification in Baking and Pastry Arts. Roles And Responsibilities Manage the preparation and cooking of various baked goods, such as bread, pastries, cookies, and chocolates Follow recipes and guidelines provided by the firm, to ensure consistency and quality of products. Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately. Operate and maintain bakery equipment and tools with utmost care. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized work area Handle junior staff to increase the efficiency and team work. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely production. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards Manage inventory management and stock rotation to minimize wastage. Report any equipment malfunction or quality issues to the supervisor. Clear communication about the day-to-day activities.
