We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to manage both field and counter sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with marketing initiatives to grow the brand's presence and revenue. Marketing & Field Sales: • Visit potential clients such as dealers, builders, architects, and contractors to pitch products and generate leads. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Collect market feedback and assist in promotional activities. Distribute promotional material, set up displays, and support event marketing.
Key Responsibilities Order Delivery – Pick up and deliver products/packages to customers within the assigned time frame. Customer Interaction – Communicate politely with customers, confirm orders, and ensure proper handover. Route & Time Management – Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries. Payment Collection – Collect cash or digital payments from customers (if applicable) and hand them over securely. Product Handling – Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods to avoid damage. Documentation & Updates – Maintain delivery records, update order status, and provide delivery confirmations through apps or logs. Compliance & Safety – Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety guidelines while on duty. Reporting Issues – Immediately report delivery delays, payment discrepancies, or customer complaints to the supervisor. Vehicle/Equipment Care – Maintain assigned vehicle, bike, or delivery equipment in proper working condition. Team Coordination – Work with the logistics/operations team to ensure smooth delivery operations.
