I have very good experience with Bajaj Finance providing consumer loan, personal loan. All my previous consumer loans were closed on time & it is shown on their provided portal as closed for those loan for which EMI has been fully paid. Only they should improve in portal which is very slow.

Very cheap customer service non supportive ..they cheat customers..Even after foreclosures of loan...they debit the account of EMI for closed loan...

Very very bad. No proper information. No helpline. Not able to talk on phone. My emi card was supposed to be unblocked on 28th but still it remains blocked. I am not able to contact anyone. I have excellent record of repayment. As a result my credit score is around 830. Still I am facing problem. P JAYANANDA HEGDE

Very bad services on call center, Only for IVR menu no any one option for Representative to talk & solve the query related any problem. Till date no EMI Card received. I draft mail to you but no give proper solution to how to get may card.

Once I reached here, I was told that this office belongs to Bajaj Finance, not Bajaj Finserv. I request the office to update their name to avoid confusion.

Every day I receive 4-5 calls from Bajaj finance, I’m yet to change my mind. However I realise Bajaj finance are very good at harassment for no reason
