Pathetic customer service, nonchalant attitude. A 5 minute job, redirected to the wrong counter, kept waiting for 45 min. And then, told to go to another counter.. And guess what.. Issue a fresh token and wait some more. A total of 1 hour and 15 minutes have passed. And I'm still in line. Horrific first visit.

Worst service is available here. The ma'am of counter no 3 talks very wrongly to people. You don't know your work. So i am sure bajaj finserve will call my problem soon.

I just cannot pay my emi it was deliberately bounced and still i cannot pay my emi and the staff there was rude , as i visited personally there but still my issue is unresolved
