Guess what they dont even care to change the incorrect address listed for their office in dwarka.. well they say its gurgaon .. dont bother to call them.. IVr is of no use.. seems their offices are sham too..

Bad bad bad.. No customer support number, I wanted to close my existing loan but I do not know where to do that.. I emailed and they told me hell long procedure and difficult one.. They asked me to fill lot of form.. Excuse me i want to forclose my loan ... Not begging for loan..

If you visit their office then things might be different but if trying for help via the online portal then it is not a good experience. Also, no facility of phone interaction in today's world can not be considered a good customer service.
