Job Summary An Arabic Translator is responsible for translating written or spoken content from Arabic to English language. The role ensures accurate, culturally appropriate, and high-quality translations for documents, media, business communication, and other materials. Key Responsibilities Translate and type the written documents, like Visa, marriage certificate, education certificate, other legal documents of UAE in Arabic language. Ensure translated content conveys the original meaning, tone, and context accurately. Proofread and edit translations before submission. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and official documents. Conduct linguistic and cultural research to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Collaborate with teams, editors, legal teams, or marketing teams for specialized translation needs. Meet deadlines and manage multiple translation projects simultaneously. Prepare clear and concise translation reports when needed. Use translation tools, dictionaries, and glossaries to improve quality and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent command of Arabic writing, reading and speaking. Strong grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills in both languages. Ability to adapt translation style to legal, technical, medical, or business-specific requirements (as needed). Attention to detail and high accuracy in work. Prior experience in translation, interpretation, or related fields is an advantage. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Education Bachelor’s degree Arabic typing Preferred Experience 0-2 years of translation experience (or more, depending on role). Experience Arabic translation, Arabic typing. A Telecaller Executive is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate leads, provide customer support, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining accurate call records. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Generate leads, follow up on potential customers, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call details and status. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required. Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, market trends, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and scripts.
