Role Overview: As a Software Engineer Lead at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines in all development activities. - Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the overall technical strategy. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - Strong expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and algorithms. - Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.JS. - Strong experience with SQL, Database design, and DB migrations. - Strong experience with Git workflows. - Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Experience in Kafka, Kubernetes. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. - Experience with agile development methodologies is preferred.
