Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Java Developer with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Java development, strong object-oriented design, and clean code practices. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java 11+ and REST API development, as well as production experience with Vert.x (Core, Web, EventBus, etc.). This position is based in the company's Hyderabad office.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality backend systems using Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain large-scale applications using Java and REST APIs.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing backend systems.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
Implement automated testing and deployment scripts using tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-native design patterns.
Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and asynchronous communication.
Proficient in multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization in Java.
Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with NoSQL databases like Firestore, MongoDB, or Redis.
Strong skills in SQL query optimization, indexing, and data modeling for both RDBMS and NoSQL.
Good understanding of containerization with Docker and logging and monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and system performance tuning skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
