Backend Engineer - GoLang Specialist

As a highly skilled and motivated Backend Engineer GoLang Specialist, you will join our engineering team to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in a microservices architecture. This exciting opportunity allows you to work on critical infrastructure components supporting cloud platforms, cost management, and operational efficiency. - Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using GoLang in a production environment. - Build and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient microservices and distributed systems. - Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems, including billing and infrastructure management platforms. - Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases to ensure data integrity and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure high-quality code through software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD. - Manage cloud-based services and understand cost implications of infrastructure decisions. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with GoLang in production environments. - Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. - Solid experience with relational databases, PostgreSQL preferred. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and understanding of cost management concepts. - Proficiency with tools such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and development best practices. - Experience integrating with APIs for billing, monitoring, or infrastructure management is a plus. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work independently and within a team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
