Job Summary As a Backend Engineer at Bluphlux, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the systems that power our innovative recruitment platform. You will work with a team of talented engineers to design, build, and scale backend services that leverage our patented AI algorithms to transform the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs. Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection measures. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js. Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Understanding of RESTful API design principles. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
