The platform is trusted by leading global businesses, and you have the opportunity to be part of building the future of logistics with a team of bold minds. **Role Overview:** As a Backend Developer Lead, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and scale the backend architecture for web and mobile applications. You will lead a team of skilled backend engineers, define best practices, and ensure high performance, reliability, and security at scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the backend development team by providing technical direction, mentorship, and conducting code reviews. - Design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Golang and/or Python (Flask). - Architect modular backend systems focusing on performance, security, and long-term maintainability. - Manage asynchronous workflows using Celery, RabbitMQ, or Redis for optimizing task execution. - Design and maintain relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) utilizing SQLAlchemy or native ORM tools. - Drive DevOps initiatives to ensure seamless CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring across environments. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and QA teams for delivering high-impact features. - Oversee system monitoring, logging, and performance tuning to maintain maximum uptime and reliability. - Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and scalability. - Foster a culture of engineering excellence through documentation, reviews, and continuous learning. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-8 years of backend development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or senior role. - Strong expertise in Python (Flask) and Golang, along with experience in microservices architecture. - Deep understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems. - Hands-on experience with Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, and SQLAlchemy. - Proven experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and mentor engineers. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
