Backend Developer- Node JS

You will join our team as a skilled and motivated Node.js Backend Developer. Your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs. A strong understanding of server-side logic, database integration, and the ability to work in an agile development environment are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining server-side logic using Node.js, building scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, integrating with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and other team members, writing clean and efficient code, implementing security and data protection best practices, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, participating in code reviews and team meetings, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and documenting development processes, APIs, and systems. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Backend Developer with Node.js, a strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming, experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks, familiarity with database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL), an understanding of RESTful API design principles, experience with Git and version control workflows, knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms like JWT and OAuth, familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (preferred), an understanding of CI/CD processes (nice to have), and strong problem-solving and debugging skills. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The work will be in person during day shifts from Monday to Friday.
