Backend Application Developer

As a Backend Application Developer in our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Quarkus and Spring Boot frameworks. Your expertise in object-oriented programming and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) with Apache Camel will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions for enterprise applications. Your key responsibilities will include implementing and integrating Enterprise Integration Patterns with Apache Camel, creating and consuming REST (JSON) and SOAP (XML) web services, managing data persistence with JPA and relational databases, ensuring code quality through unit testing, and following coding standards. You will also utilize Maven for build automation, maintain source code with GIT/SVN, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deploy applications on container platforms like Openshift. To excel in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience with Quarkus, a solid understanding of Spring Boot, and proficiency in object-oriented programming. Your experience with design patterns, Apache Camel, web services, JPA, relational databases, Maven, GIT/SVN, and unit testing frameworks will be valuable assets. It would be beneficial if you have experience with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), knowledge of frontend development with JavaScript in the MVC pattern, and familiarity with Openshift or other container platforms for application deployment.
