Job Description – Solar Project Coordinator

Qualification - B tech Electrical/Electronics must

The Solar Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all project-related activities, ensuring smooth execution from site survey to commissioning. The role requires effective communication with clients, vendors, and installation teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant solar installation project delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Work Coordination

• Arrange and coordinate site surveys and technical assessments.
• Plan and assign daily tasks for installation teams, ensuring proper supervision and adherence to project designs.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and installation standards.
• Ensure the smooth execution of work as per project timelines.

2. Team & Installation Management

• Form and coordinate the project installation team, including technicians and contractors.
• Schedule installation activities and monitor daily progress.
• Identify delays, escalate issues, and ensure corrective actions when required.
• Provide installation teams with necessary technical guidance and material-related clarifications.

3. Material Coordination

• Plan and ensure timely dispatch of materials to the site.
• Follow up with suppliers for material readiness and availability.
• Coordinate with the installation team to align material delivery with project schedules.
• Verify material quantity and quality before dispatch.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily project updates, progress reports, and status summaries.
• Update and manage project tracker sheets for management review.
• Maintain organized and systematic documentation for all project-related records.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and accessible as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
