We are hiring a Sincere and dedicated Coordinator who ensures a company's daily activities run smoothly by managing logistics, streamlining processes, coordinating teams, and overseeing projects from start to finish for the below position: BACK OFFICE OPERATION COORDINATOR Job Responsibilities: · Highly Polite & Proactive. · Analyzing service calls & team performance. · Coordination with Internal Team / client /branch coordination. · Coordinating on day to day basis with Marketing Team. · Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. · Preparing and updating the physical records and periodical reports of the company database · Transfer data from paper formats into database system . Perform other relevant duties as required Skill Requirement: · Excellent experience of Microsoft office tools . Basic knowledge of Google Workshop - Sheet, Forms etc...and Tally (preferable) · Fast typing speed · Language understanding both oral and written. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively · Good time-management skills · Great interpersonal and communication skills Salary: 1.800 - 2.40 p.a Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Maharashtra) Job Type: Full Time (Monday - Saturday) Requirement: Must be Graduate.
