Satmat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, responsible, and multi-tasking Back Office Executive to manage finance operations, recovery coordination, vendor management, and other administrative backend tasks.
This role requires someone who can efficiently coordinate between departments, handle financial and operational data, support banking and recovery activities, and take ownership of day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily back-office operations related to finance, loan disbursement, and payout coordination.
Coordinate with recovery partners, clients, and internal teams for payment and follow-up updates.
Manage vendor onboarding and coordination, including banks, fintech platforms, and API partners.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, reconciliations, and daily MIS in Excel / Google Sheets.
Assist management in Tally entries, documentation, invoicing, and data verification.
Support accounts and finance teams with internal coordination and reporting.
Perform miscellaneous office tasks including documentation, filing, and vendor communication.
Ensure smooth internal operations and timely task completion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
