Back Office Branch Work.
Contact Existing Customers.
The Personnel At The Branch Responsible For Superior Customer Experience For Service Requests.
Dealing With Clients For Transactional And Compliance Related Matter.
Reporting Regulatory.
Timely And Accurate Processing Of Customer Transactions And Requests.
Handle Customer Queries And Provide Correct Solutions To Ensure There Are No Customer Complaints.
Good Communication.
Basic Computer Known.
Positive And Healthy Attitude Towards Work.
Good Relationship Building Skills.
Excellent Conversion Skill.
Ability To Manage Complex Client Situations
Ability To Manage Risk And Uncertainty For Self And Team Within A Dynamic Priority-Setting Environment.
