We are seeking a female Back Office Executive who can handle administrative operations, manage stock and material records, and support business development through effective communication.

Role Overview

The Back Office Executive will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Aartaa Decor. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both administrative tasks and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle stock management and material records, ensuring accurate inventory updates.
• Conduct cold calling to potential customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Support order processing, documentation, and coordination with different departments.
• Assist in managing day-to-day office tasks and follow-ups.
• Provide customer support through calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and data entry for AartaaDecor.com operations.
• Ensure smooth communication between management, clients, and vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English Hindi and Bengali (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling client queries.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Prior experience in back office, sales coordination, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.

• Location: Eagle Press Building, 26B, Christopher Rd, Seal Lane, Entally, Kolkata, West Bengal 700046
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Salary: ₹ 10,000 – 15,000 per month +
