Your tasks: Drive business development for the Indian subsidiary alongside the existing team, establishing organizational structures and processes in coordination with headquarters in Europe (Austria) Contribute to long-term business strategies, set targets and KPIs for the Indian organization and ensure continuous performance monitoring Foster proactive collaboration with specialized departments at headquarters (Finance, HR, IT, Corporate Communication) Organize an efficient internal administration while promoting a positive corporate culture, teamwork and efficient internal communication Manage budgeting, monitor financial performance and ensure optimal resource utilization and profitability Ensuring cost-effective and safe delivery conditions of Bachmann products to customers in India Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating business risks Represent the company’s strategy and performance in India, engaging with key stakeholders and strengthening partnerships and networks Your profile: Higher degree in business administration (e.g.: Master Business Administration) Several years of experience in organizational management and business development within technology companies, preferably in electronics and automation Strong knowledge of corporate legal regulations in India Excellent proficiency of MS Office programs and in-depth ERP expertise High results orientation, as well as decision-making skills and cost awareness Leadership experience with proven people management skills High level of initiative, strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills Proficiency in written and spoken English with strong negotiation skills Willingness to travel and intercultural experience (Europe, USA) Your benefits: Meaningful work and perspective: Contribution to a resource-saving world in an international high-tech company Discovering and deciding together: Open and respectful cooperation with headquarters in Austria Teamwork & Learning: Working with experts in India and Europe Interested?
