We are urgently hiring a Senior IVF Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate personality, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in fertility or IVF counselling. Key Responsibilities: Counsel patients and couples undergoing infertility treatments (IVF, IUI, ICSI, etc.) Guide them through treatment plans, risks, emotional concerns, and expectations. Maintain detailed records and patient follow-ups. Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and staff to ensure smooth patient experience. Provide emotional support and guidance throughout the fertility journey. Educate patients about procedures, timelines, and consent formalities. Handle queries from walk-ins, calls, or online leads. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in Psychology, Life Sciences, or Healthcare). Minimum 1 year of experience as an IVF or fertility counsellor. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic, patient-friendly approach. Proficiency in Hindi & English. Local language is a plus. Basic computer knowledge and data entry.
