Key Responsibilities 1. Create new SKUs for upcoming products and ensure accurate product data across all systems. 2. Draft high-quality product content including titles, detailed descriptions, key features, and care instructions. 3. Create compelling and relevant keywords to improve product discoverability and search ranking across marketplaces. 4. Coordinate with the listing team and closely track the listing status of products across all e-commerce channels. 5. Collaborate with the warehouse team to obtain accurate product information, such as dimensions, specifications, and packaging details. 6. Regularly review and update existing catalog content to maintain accuracy and relevance. 7. Analyze high-return SKUs and loss-making products using provided reports and take corrective actions across marketplaces. Required Skills 1. Proficiency in English speaking and writing 2. Strong working knowledge of MS Office 3. Good understanding of baby products (Preferred) 4. Excellent attention to detail 5.
