Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Explain property details, features, pricing, and other specifications to clients. Generate leads and convert inquiries into site visits. Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested clients. Maintain a database of customer information, calls, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client conversion. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate (preferred with real estate sales experience). Experience: 0-3 years. Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi (additional regional language is a plus). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills. Good knowledge of real estate market trends will be an advantage. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Good presentation skills required. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
