The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for infrastructure and EPC projects. This includes preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, analyzing bid requirements, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze tender documents and identify key submission requirements for government and private sector projects. Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, pricing sheets, and compliance documents. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams to compile accurate technical and commercial submissions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, government policies, and tendering procedures. Track and monitor ongoing bids, ensuring all deadlines and compliance criteria are met. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for clarifications and negotiations. Prepare post-bid documentation and reports, including cost analysis and bid performance review. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or project coordination—preferably in the infrastructure or EPC domain. Strong understanding of government e-tendering portals (e.g., CPPP, GEM, state portals). Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with project management tools is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
