Role & responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of our co-working and community space in Sector 65, Gurugram as follows: Assist with daily operations - learn the offers being offered to customers, manage sending emails, creating event calendars as required, create invoices, outreach to potential customers, manage customers coming to the space and assist the Co-founder in managing customer requirements. Support event planning and coordination, including workshops, meetups, and cultural gatherings. Engage with members to enhance their experience and gather feedback. Maintain an organized and welcoming environment within the space. Preferred candidate profile A student or recent graduate passionate about community, creativity, and collaboration. Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with diverse people. Organized and detail-oriented with good communication skills. Interested in event management, social media, or creative operations. Able to commit at least 45 hours a week.
