ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The RevOps BA will define workflows, data models, and KPIs for forecasting, pipeline management, customer lifecycle operations, and revenue reporting.Key Responsibilities

Define And Govern Metrics Such As

Align Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success Ops requirements.Work with AI teams to refine agent behavior, prompts, and evaluation rules.Support rollout and adoption of AI tools across global GTM teams.Required Skills
Strong experience in RevOps or GTM Operations across Sales, Marketing & CS.In-depth knowledge of CRM, MAP, and Customer Success tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).Strong analytical skills and familiarity with revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn).Experience documenting workflows, KPIs, SLAs, and GTM alignment models.Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and automated workflows.Experience in revenue forecasting systems or predictive analytics projects.Finance or Operations certifications (nice to have).Experience in AI-enabled GTM or revenue intelligence platforms.
