The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for various key responsibilities including Lead Generation & Client Acquisition, Sales & Outreach, Market Research & Analysis, B2B & B2C Engagement, Proposal & Presentation, Follow-ups & Closures, Reporting & Performance Tracking, and Social Media & Digital Marketing. As part of the role, you will be required to identify, connect, and onboard new clients, colleges, and students for InternshipWALAs programs. You will also need to develop and execute sales strategies to increase enrollments and partnerships. Additionally, conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities will be a crucial aspect of this position. Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and students is another key responsibility. You will be expected to prepare business proposals and presentations, as well as pitch InternshipWALAs offerings effectively. Ensuring timely follow-ups with potential leads to convert them into clients is essential for success in this role. Moreover, maintaining records of sales performance, client interactions, and growth metrics will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence through social media and digital marketing activities is also required.
