B2B sales operation intern

Role Overview: As an Intern in B2B Sales Operations at The Gift Studio, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team during the Diwali gifting season. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Reaching out to clients to explore Diwali gifting opportunities - Assisting in pre-sales activities such as sampling - Coordinating with vendors for various system-level tasks like obtaining quotes and processing Proforma Invoices (PIs) - Ensuring a smooth delivery experience by conducting Quality Checks (QCs) on hampers and coordinating logistics Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients - Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders - Detail-oriented approach to ensure quality in all tasks Please note: This internship opportunity is for a duration of 3 to 6 months and is based in Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata. You will receive a stipend ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month, or as per company standards.
