As an IT Recruiter in the Domestic Staffing domain at our company, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to gain insights into the latest candidate requirements. Your responsibility will include developing a well-structured recruitment strategy to attract top talent. Your day-to-day tasks will involve writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to reach potential candidates. You will source qualified candidates from social media, internal databases, and different job portals. Screening and filtering out candidates based on the latest standards will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for analyzing candidates" capabilities through pre-screening assessments and calls. Conducting interviews using various methods such as video, in-person, or telephone will be a significant part of your job. Keeping track of applicants at every stage of the recruitment process and ensuring timely follow-ups will be essential. Additionally, maintaining a record of job responsibilities through job analyses will help streamline the recruitment process. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in technical recruiting and possess skills in recruitment strategy, screening resumes, conducting mock interviews, third-party vendor management, contract recruitment, and B2B recruitments, we encourage you to apply for this role.
