The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and development of MS-SQL databases, including backup and restoration processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application functionality. - Create and optimize complex queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation. - Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or other reporting tools. - Perform database backup, restoration, and recovery as per defined processes. - Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide solutions for improving performance. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure database solutions meet business requirements. - Ensure the security and integrity of data across all database environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field . Strong experience in MS SQL Server (T-SQL, Joins, Views, Indexing, Optimization). 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SSRS reporting . Experience with SSMS, Visual Studio, and Report Builder . Good understanding of database design and relational models . Experience with data warehousing concepts (star schema, ETL) is a plus.
