Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Article Assistant. The Article Assistant will be responsible for assisting in financial audits, preparing tax returns, conducting research on tax laws, providing support in accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also assist with business structuring and advisory services, and company incorporation and corporate compliance. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Financial Audits, Tax Returns, and Accounting tasks Proficiency in Researching Tax Laws and providing Tax Compliance support Skills in Business Structuring, Advisory Services, and Corporate Compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
