We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B. Pharma Telesales Executive to join our growing team at Mits Group of Companies. Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote products over the phone, aiming to meet sales targets.

2. Interact with healthcare professionals and clients, providing accurate product information.

3. Leverage your expertise in pharmaceutical salts and medicines to influence customer decisions.

4. Address customer inquiries and manage orders, ensuring high satisfaction.

5. Meet sales goals through strategic follow-ups and relationship-building.

6. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions to support decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in B. Pharma or D. Pharma.

2. This position is open to freshers as well.

3. Experience in pharmaceutical sales or telesales, with knowledge of medicines and salts.

4. Excellent verbal communication and ability to explain pharmaceutical products clearly.

5. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical salts, medicines, and their applications.

6. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

7. Proven track record in closing sales and meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.
