In this role, you will be responsible for designing and preparing prepress artwork across various packaging formats such as labels, mono cartons, and liner cartons. Your duties will also include leading end-to-end creative workflows, coordinating with clients for approvals, operating CTP systems, and maintaining well-organized archives of design files. Collaboration with production teams will be essential to ensure the seamless execution of projects from concept to print. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and ArtPro+. A keen eye for visual sense encompassing layout, typography, and color accuracy is crucial. In addition, a solid understanding of printing techniques and packaging production standards is essential. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Art or Design, along with professional Graphic Design diplomas. Familiarity with ISO-certified workflows will be advantageous in this role.
