About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Creating 3D models using Autocad Drawings with accuracy according to clients' requirements. 2. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality renders that meet client expectations. 3. Utilize your expertise in Lumion to create realistic and visually appealing architectural visualizations. 4. Develop and refine 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials in Lumion and 3D modeling software to achieve accurate and compelling renders. 5. Ensure that projects are completed within the specified timeframe while maintaining high standards of quality. Expertise in using Rhino for 3D Modeling is required. Expertise in using Lumion for texturing, lighting, and rendering. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret project requirements. Effective communication skills to collaborate with the team and ensure client satisfaction.
