Job Description

You will be joining our team as an Azure API Management (APIM) Administrator. Your primary responsibility will be the administration, configuration, and management of Azure APIM services. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of Azure APIM, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities will include administering and managing Azure API Management services, designing and implementing API policies, security measures, and monitoring solutions. You will also collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs seamlessly, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API performance, security, and availability, and optimize API configurations for better efficiency. It will be crucial for you to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for API management, provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders, and stay updated with the latest Azure APIM features and enhancements for implementation. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in administering and managing Azure API Management services. A strong understanding of API design, development, and management principles is essential, along with proficiency in Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps. Experience with API security protocols like OAuth, JWT, and API keys, knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices, and familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger and OpenAPI will be beneficial for this position.,
