Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain Azure resources (VMs, Storage, Networking, App Services) Resolve medium-complexity tickets related to performance, availability, and connectivity Perform regular operational tasks like VM restarts, disk resizing, backup checks, etc. Manage user access, RBAC roles, and basic Azure AD administration Work with L1 support to validate escalations and provide resolution and L3-ready diagnostics when needed Document recurring issues and contribute to the knowledge base. Must-Have Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure services (VMs, VNETs, NSG, Load Balancers, Storage) Hands-on experience with Azure Portal, Azure CLI, and PowerShell (basic scripts) Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Alerts Experience in troubleshooting OS-level issues (Windows/Linux) Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
