Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer/Lead Engineer in the 5G (CU & DU) protocol stack team at Azcom, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers to deliver high-quality software related to gNodeB. You will participate in all phases of SDLC, devise innovative solutions to technical problems, and handle technical interactions with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Build, nurture, and drive a team of talented software developers - Participate in all phases of SDLC in a product development environment as an individual contributor and team leader - Ensure adherence to design and coding best practices and applicable standards - Liaise with customers on issues related to system and feature design and optimization Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in C/C++, Data Structures, OS, Design Patterns, and Networking - Exposure to IPC, multicore SoCs, and multithreading - Experience in implementing and testing 3GPP conformance and field scenarios - Familiarity with version management software About Azcom: Azcom is a global leader in advanced wireless communications with over two decades of experience.
