You will be joining Ayush Rehabilitation & Research Center as a Special Educator, Speech Therapist & ABA Therapist. Your role will involve working with individuals who require specialized education, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis therapy. - Provide specialized education to individuals with diverse learning needs - Conduct speech therapy sessions to improve communication skills - Implement ABA therapy techniques to address behavioral challenges - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans - Monitor progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Speech Therapy, or a related field - Certification in ABA therapy is preferred - Previous experience working with individuals with special needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Please note that the salary for this position will be based on your skills, knowledge, and practical experience.
