Ayurvedic Customer Care Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and client services, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose

To manage customer interactions efficiently by providing accurate, authentic, and Ayurvedically sound information about the company’s products, their benefits, and usage, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails with professionalism.
• Understand and respond to customer queries regarding Ayurvedic products, usage, dosage, and benefits based on authentic Ayurvedic principles.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to address recurring customer concerns.
• Assist in educating customers about the traditional relevance of products.
• Ensure a positive and empathetic customer experience in all interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundational knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and herbal products.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred).
• Ability to explain complex Ayurvedic concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and CRM handling skills.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have any one of the following qualifications:

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)
• B.Pharm (Ayurveda)
• Ayurveda Nursing
• Any other 1-year or longer Diploma/Degree in Ayurvedic Sciences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
