Nandanvanam is a wellness retreat focused on authentic Ayurvedic therapies, holistic healing, and traditional massage techniques. We’re looking for passionate individuals who want to build a career in the world of Ayurveda and wellness.

Position Overview:
As a Massage Therapist Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training in Ayurvedic body treatments, herbal therapies, steam therapies, and relaxation techniques. No prior experience is required — just dedication, discipline, and a genuine interest in holistic wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior therapists in Ayurvedic treatments and massages
• Learn and practice various therapy techniques under supervision
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of therapy rooms
• Ensure guest comfort and follow treatment protocols

Requirements:

• Interest in Ayurveda and wellness practices
• Basic communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Prior spa or wellness experience (preferred but not mandatory)
