Clinic Shift Schedule & Responsibilities We are hiring a dedicated and responsible healthcare professional for a dual-shift role across two clinics with the following schedule: Shift Timings & Locations: Morning Shift: Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Location: Clinic 1 (approximately 20 km from the main clinic) Duties: Outpatient consultation only – diagnosing patients and prescribing appropriate treatments. Afternoon Shift: Time: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Location: Clinic 2 (main clinic) Duties: Consultation for both inpatients and outpatients (OP load is minimal; primary focus will be on IP patients). Assist therapists with treatments if required (e.g., helping with bandaging, preparation for therapy, etc.). General support in maintaining patient care and basic clinic operations. Accommodation & Travel: Candidates must commute to Clinic 1 (morning clinic) daily — approximately 20 km from Clinic 2. After the morning shift, they must return to Clinic 2 for the afternoon shift. Accommodation and food will be provided at Clinic 2 (main clinic) for those who wish to stay overnight. Commuting can be done by own vehicle or public transport, based on the candidate’s convenience. Key Notes: OP consultation is the primary responsibility in the morning shift. The afternoon shift includes light support duties alongside patient consultation. Patient load is moderate, with less pressure at the afternoon clinic. Candidates must be flexible, punctual, and comfortable commuting between the two locations.
