Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Technician located in Jamnagar. The Research and Development Technician will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new battery technologies. Daily tasks include performing quality control checks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The technician will collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and enhance product performance. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Laboratory Skills Proficiency in Quality Control methods and procedures Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related field Relevant experience in battery technology or energy storage solutions is a plus
