At AYLI, fashion goes beyond trends to celebrate purpose and confidence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer located in Dharmapuri. The Fashion Designer will work on creating unique and innovative designs that align with AYLI's philosophy of blending modesty with individuality. Daily tasks include designing garments, merchandising, managing store, creating samples for production , selecting appropriate fabrics, QC and collaborating with tailoring teams to bring concepts to life. Qualifications Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong understanding of design principles Freshers can also apply Skills in achieving proper garment Fitting and attention to detail Creativity and passion for fashion design, with a flair for blending tradition and modern trends Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design and production teams Ability to meet quality standards and manage work in a dynamic, on-site environment
