The innovative and growing company is looking to hire an Associate Project Manager. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing cross-functional project teams, utilizing Project Management Methodology tools, forecasting project revenue, tracking project progress, and ensuring key development milestones are met within the agreed timeline. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to address potential issues internally, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure total team preparedness before customer interactions. Additionally, you will be expected to discuss any changes in customer quoted activities with internal stakeholders, assist in maintaining customer relationships for repeat business, participate in business processes as needed, and drive business strategies forward. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business management, at least 2 years of project management experience, and relevant successful experience in project management within the built environment. Experience in clinical/biomedical or software development environments is preferred. The successful candidate should have strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to gathering and interpreting data for decision-making. A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule including day, UK, and US shifts, with weekend availability required.
