About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Updating property listings on platforms like MagicBricks, 99acres, etc. 2. Maintaining project inventories and availability status. 3. Managing CRM tools to track and follow up on leads. 4. Organizing project data brochures, images, videos, and details 5. Coordinating with the sales team and maintaining lead tracking sheets. 6. Updating the company website and blog content as needed 7. Managing social media platforms especially Facebook & Instagram 8. Executing bulk SMS campaigns and monitoring response rates. 9. Running and tracking WhatsApp Business campaigns for lead nurturing. 10. A self-starter with a strong interest in real estate marketing or digital campaigns. 11. Experience (or strong interest) in social media, CRM, and real estate platforms. 12. Must be comfortable coordinating with a team and following up on tasks. 13. Willingness to work from our Noida or Lucknow office (in-office role).
