Role & responsibilities End-to-end trademark filing and prosecution, including filing, examination, opposition, and registration processes in India and internationally. Manage and advise on large trademark portfolios for clients from diverse sectors. Advise on brand protection and enforcement Handle trademark oppositions, cancellations, infringement, and passing-off actions End to end copyright and Design filings and enforcement Act as a key point of contact for major clients Preferred candidate profile Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities in English Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment. Willingness to contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm.
