As an Infoscion, a typical day in your life involves being an integral part of the consulting team at Infosys. Your key responsibilities include: - Getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. - Developing proposals by taking ownership of parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise. - Planning and executing configuration activities, conducting conference room pilots, and resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. - Leading small projects actively and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. - Developing value-creating strategies and models to enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and enhance business profitability. - Demonstrating good knowledge of software configuration management systems, staying aware of the latest technologies and industry trends, and applying logical thinking and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment. - Understanding financial processes for different project types and pricing models, as well as assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting technology solutions. - Leveraging one or two industry domain knowledge, showcasing client interfacing skills, and demonstrating project and team management capabilities.
