Job Description

As an Infoscion, your primary role within the Infosys consulting team would involve addressing customer issues, identifying problem areas, devising innovative solutions, and overseeing deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for contributing to proposal development, offering insights into solution design based on your expertise, configuring the product, conducting pilots, and resolving any related queries. Additionally, you will be engaged in delivering solution demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, estimating efforts in alignment with customer budgets, and participating in small projects and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will also include developing strategies that drive innovation, growth, and profitability for clients, as well as staying abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends. Key qualifications for this role include proficiency in BPMI - B2B, specifically Axway B2Bi and Axway Sentinel, along with knowledge of software configuration management systems. You should possess logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and an understanding of financial processes and pricing models for projects. Furthermore, having expertise in one or two industry domains, client interfacing skills, and project and team management capabilities are essential for success in this position.
