We are looking for an experienced

Axway Amplify API Specialist

to operate, maintain, and enhance our

API Marketplace (Axway Amplify Engage)

platform. The role requires hands-on expertise in API lifecycle management, governance, and integration, along with strong problem-solving skills to ensure platform reliability and a smooth developer experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the Axway Amplify Engage API Marketplace ensuring uptime, availability, and performance.
  • Monitor the platform and perform incident response for system stability.
  • Manage access control, user roles, and API subscription mechanisms.
  • Support application teams in API onboarding, publishing, and applying governance rules.
  • Maintain and enhance the Developer Portal UI/UX (themes, widgets, and integrations).
  • Enforce API governance standards (naming, versioning, ownership, retirement policies).
  • Provide technical support to API producers and consumers via ticketing systems.
  • Continuously improve platform performance through automation, analytics, and feedback loops.
Mandatory Skills
  • Hands-on expertise with Axway Amplify Engage and Axway API Management (APIM).
  • Strong understanding of API design standards (OpenAPI/Swagger), RESTful architecture, and API lifecycle.
  • Good knowledge of API security models and integration with IAM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools.
